With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Tim Espinosa has become a go-to violinist for luxury weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. Having performed at over 500 events, Tim has brought his distinctive sound to venues across Southern California and beyond, captivating audiences with his unique blend of classical technique and contemporary flair.

Music has been the thread running through my entire life.
I first picked up the violin at the age of six, and what started as a childhood passion quickly grew into a lifelong calling. After high school, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton, sharpening both my performance and artistic voice.
Following graduation, I took the world stage — performing aboard cruise ships and at venues across the globe, where I had the chance to share music with audiences from every walk of life. Driven to deepen my artistry even further, I later pursued my Master of Fine Arts at Brandeis University, expanding not just my technical craft, but also my commitment to storytelling and education through music.
In tandem with performing, I’ve been honored to serve as a tenured professor and Arts Administrator at Fullerton College in Southern California, and to hold academic appointments at the University of Oklahoma and The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Teaching has given me the incredible opportunity to inspire the next generation of artists, while continuing to evolve my own approach to performance and education.
Today, alongside playing electric and acoustic violin for unforgettable wedding celebrations, luxury events, and stages nationwide, I regularly lead workshops and speak professionally about creating more inclusive and welcoming environments in the arts. Music, for me, has always been about connection — and it’s my mission to bring that spirit to every stage, every classroom, and every celebration I’m a part of.
I still remember the first time I held a violin—I was six years old, and something just clicked. It wasn’t about mastering songs or chasing perfection; it was about the feeling. Music gave me a way to tell stories, to connect, and to create moments people could feel.
