I'm Tim Espinosa, a violinist and performer with over 20 years of experience creating live music for the world's most celebrated occasions.
I've performed at hundreds of luxury weddings, private estates, corporate galas, and destination events across Southern California, nationally, and internationally, including aboard luxury cruise ships for global audiences. I've trained performers at the collegiate level and built a career defined by one standard: every performance should feel as though it was made specifically for that moment, that room, and those people.

Tim Espinosa is a professional violinist based in Orange County, California, specializing in luxury weddings, private estates, corporate galas, and destination events throughout Southern California, nationally, and internationally. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton, and has served in faculty and leadership roles at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Fullerton College, and the University of Oklahoma. With over 20 years of professional performance experience and more than 500 weddings and events performed, Espinosa has appeared at venues including The Ritz-Carlton, Resort at Pelican Hill, and Hyatt properties across Southern California. His work has been featured in California Wedding Day magazine. He performs regularly across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Palm Springs, and at destination and international celebrations worldwide, including aboard international luxury cruise ships.
My Story.
I didn't start my career playing weddings. I built it performing for crowds — concert stages, galas, and international luxury cruise ships where the audience changed every week and the standard never could.
For years, that world was everything I wanted. The scale, the pressure, the discipline of performing at the highest level night after night for audiences across multiple continents. It sharpened me in ways that still show up in everything I do — the preparation, the calm, the ability to read a room in real time and adjust without anyone in the room noticing.
But somewhere along the way I realized that entertaining a crowd and being part of someone's story are two entirely different things. And it was the second one that I couldn't stop thinking about.
That shift changed how I approach every performance. Whether it's a couple hearing their song played live for the first time, a corporate event where the music sets the tone before a single word is spoken, or a private estate celebration built around a specific vision. I'm not just there to fill the room with sound. I'm there to shape what the room feels like.
And that starts long before I arrive. It starts with understanding who you are. Not just what songs you want, but how you want your guests to feel, what the energy of the room should be at each moment, and what would make this experience feel unmistakably yours. I build every setlist around your personality and vision, not just your requests. Because the music that moves people isn't just well-played — it's well-chosen.
